Last Supper Fund
Although our desire is for every child in our program to get sponsored and to remain sponsored through their 19th birthday or until they become inelligible for participation in our sponsorship program, we recognize that circumstances beyond the control of a sponsor may mean they have to terminate their participation and support of their sponsored child.

Our Last Supper Fund helps us to ensure that when a sponsorship is terminated without advanced notice the child will receive one final month of support. This helps the families and the child by giving them some time to make the adjustments that will need to be made when they no longer receive monthly food supplies. This may mean that their children have to go live with relatives or they will need to ration their food more or other changes need to be made.

It also gives our organization time to seek out another sponsor for the child so that there would not be an interuption in their support.
